The site explains how separate systems fit together, including the Sheriff’s Adult Detention Facility roster, city police records offices, the Circuit Clerk, VINELink, and state or federal custody locators. The arresting department may hold an incident report while the receiving jail holds the booking record and photograph.

This site is not operated by or affiliated with Will County, the Sheriff, a police department, jail, court, corrections agency, or other government body. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, change a record, give legal advice, or file a request.
Source Standards
Official government sources appear first. Local news and outside tools are secondary and may lag. An arrest or booking photograph records an accusation and intake event, not guilt. Court records should be checked for later disposition.
No Hosted Records
